  The salesman told us that their crews were highly trained and certified. When they finally showed up they were from another company. When we had issues with the appearance and quality of the work we were told by the owner that it didn't leak and that was all that was important. Appearance and quality didn't matter. A year later they still want more money, even more than the insurance company gave us.
