  We work with hundreds of companies every year and this was by far one of the worst and rudest companies we've dealt with in the KC metro area. I solely worked with the owner of the company and can say all the other reviews in the last few months directly reflect the way he treated my staff and myself. They do nothing to work with the client for timing and schedules and actually go as far to call the customer names. No work was done on our property and we will be filing a lawsuit for the $2000 we paid upfront, if not received in full by the end of the week.

  My parents' home had a squirrel issue. She told me to leave this review on her behalf, but I can attest first hand that her comments are accurate and they rid her home of the squirrel issue very promptly and professionally. In her own words: Steve arrived to inspect a hole in the eaves of my house caused by a squirrel. He explained the process in trapping the squirrel and told me it wouldn't take long to catch (her). He assumed it was a pregnant one. Within 10 minutes after setting the trap, the "hole digger" was caught. In 3 days, 3 squirrels were trapped. I was very impressed with Steve's knowledge and skills. He was timely and professional. Not only did he catch the squirrels but he also repaired the damage to my house. Thank you and bless you Steve! Belinda
