  Their initial service was fine, when they were selling their product. For their service contract program they are very good about sending out the bill but do not follow up and perform their yearly service without calling and nagging them to actually complete it. This is my second year with them on the service contract I had to follow up the first year to make them come out and perform. I paid them 4-6 weeks ago for the second year contract and they still haven't contacted me and or came out.

  Schedule a brown recluse treatment with Brian and couldn't have been more impressed. He was thorough, personable and very knowledgeable. The level of customer service we received was above and beyond anything I expected. Jess, who scheduled our visit, was also knowledgeable and very friendly.
