  VERY POOR customer service. Spent hours on the phone trying to get them to come fix the insulation they installed last fall. had a thermal image done showing the areas that they missed and areas where they didnt put enough insulation paid $8000 to get the insulation in the attic replaced not knowing if they got it installed right i feel helpless to get this resolved they already have my money. From 1 star UPDATE 7/12/2016. Polite, respectful hard working men came to the house today to insure my satisfaction with the job that I hired them to do. Walter, Kevin and Jason covered in sweat from head to toe would not leave till I was satisfied. They spent over 3 hours righting this wrong. Thanks Guys !!! :)
